Hello, this is John Harrigan with a secret immortality podcast.
Today we're going to run God Consciousness through our body and brain .
You can call it whatever you want.
Higher power, greater consciousness, Brahman, Nirvana, anything that's meaningful to you, just a greater consciousness, a perfect and eternal consciousness that is natural to you and it is really the seed of your soul .
The idea today is that we're awakening just a little our body and brain to the perfect life, to the perfect name nature that it already is, and finding a deep lasting peace that's really already there.
We aren't overcoming, overpowering.
We are aren't developing superhuman abilities.
We're just awakening a bit to our eternal self, in body and brain, in life, on earth.
If you're ready for this guided meditation and this is what you want, let's go.
Find a quiet place, of course, a place where you can meditate.
It doesn't have to be perfectly quiet, but generally quiet.
And this is important .
When you sit down, you need to have your feet flat on the ground, not crossed, but flat on the ground in a sitting position.
We're making a circuit kind of an energetic circuit with the earth, where we're grounding ourselves, and for this purpose, your feet really do need to be flat on the ground .
Now, relax your body.
Relax your muscles and slowly close your eyes. With your eyes closed, observe your breath.
Don't control your breath ever.
Just gently observe your breath.
Gently, gentleness.
Everything we do in this meditation is jetently and gentleness.
Eyes closed, observe your breath.
In and out.
In and out.
Your body knows how to breathe.
Your body knows how to breathe the natural, perfect breath.
Some animals have to consciously breathe.
That's very interesting. To me.
We don't.
It's programmed in our brain.
So stop controlling things.
Don't force yourself to breathe easily and don't force yourself to relax.
Simply allow relaxation to occur in your body right now with eyes closed, feet flat on the floor.
Allow yourself to be more and more relaxed.
Relaxation, peace, and calm.
Your body will relax as you think about relaxation.
Your body relaxing, getting calm and easy.
Your eyes are shut, your feet flat on the floor.
Imagine you can see through your eyelids to the tip of your nose, from the tip of your nose, imagine a ruby red arc coming out three to four inches and curving back in to your heart.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, and a ruby red arc.
Feet flat on the ground.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, and a ruby red art .
Gently observing your breath.
In and out, free and easy.
Your body knows how to breathe.
You need to let go a little bit for that natural breathing of your body to take hold.
You need to let go a little bit of the tension in your muscles .
Arms, legs, feet, neck, head, all of you is relaxing.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, in a ruby red arc.
Feet flat on the ground.
You may want to visualize your feet deeply rooted to the earth, about 10 feet deep.
Rooted to the earth energetically, you may want to imagine a rootedness similar to the tree as you're rooted to the earth.

Feet to ground, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
In every exercise, in every meditation that I teach, it's all a type of chigang taught to me by my teacher from Beijing China .

Feet rooted to the ground.
We are rooted to the ground right now.
We're a balanced conduit .
On earth, we are heaven to earth, human to ground, rooted, balanced, at ease, relaxed in peace, our perfect sels, breathing in in and out as we observe it and are not controlling it ever, we don't have to do that nicely, we're designed with a perfect breath already in our brain, wanting to breathe .
If we relax a little and let that natural breathing happen in and out, in and out.
There is a perfect life awakening in you, a God consciousness, pure, serene, relaxed.
Again, you can call this whatever's meaningful for you, perhaps higher power.
Nirvana, Braman, perfect consciousness in you as who you are.
It's also your physical body, every cell in your body body, every organ, every hair on your head , even though hair isn't exactly alive.
But we are alive, and I suggest everything that exists, has a type of perfect consciousness just like our own perfect breath in and out, relaxed and easy.
Ey to nose, nose to heart, in a ruby red arc feet to ground , relaxed at ease calm and happy, relaxed at ease, calm and happy, the perfect breath in you is breathing , perfect breath aw awake in you as who you are God consciousness around us, in the world, in life, the world itself .
Perfect consciousness in every cell of our body, every organ, our hands, our fing fingernails, our throat, our heart , our liver, our kidneys, and stomach, eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground, relaxing, breathing easily in and out, happy and at peace , happy and at peace alive, relaxed with bliss in every part of ourselves in every cell in our body, feeling bliss in all of you physically .
Happiness, peace, peace, relaxation, consciousness, and ease, breath in and out, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
Relax, the perfect you is here as who you are.
You don't have to develop it.
You don't have to become it.
It's there in you as you, the perfect you, the perfect bliss and happiness , alive and well as your physical body.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet the ground.
Ey to nose, nose to heart, feet feet to ground.
All of you is here, alive, at peace.
Happy and easy.
Just sit for a bit.
Relaxed and calm.
We're going to end this meditation shortly.
Anytime you want to do this is fine.
My suggestion for everyone is twice a day for 10 to 20 minutes.
Relaxed and easy getting grounded, happy and alive .
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
You can continue this for 10 more minutes.
I will end it now, however, gently open your eyes when you feel ready, don't do it to my command , but when you're ready, open your eyes a little bit and stay where you stay where you are seated, relaxed and calm and just just naturally awaken .
If you do this exercise again on your own, if you're listening to it, you can turn this goddided meditation off at any time and just relax and do the exercise yourself.
Relaxed, awakened and calm.
Your eyes are awake.
You're coming into the world again.
That's who you are, but it's the perfect God conscious, higher power.
You, physically in your brain and your body , transforming to immortal life on Earth.
You are here today as the good and perfect you.
That's this meditation for today.
You can repeat it anytime you want.
