Hello, this is John Harrigan with your Qigon meditation for relaxation.

Find a quiet place.

Take a seat, Feet flat on the floor.

Close your eyes.

Relax, be calm.

Observe your breath, but don't control it.

Calm ease and relaxation in your entire body, Eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc feet to ground, with your eyelids shut, pretend you can see through your eyelids to the tip of your nose.

From the tip of your nose, a ruby red arc, arc curves out about three to four inches and back into your heart.

Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.

Observe your breathing in and out.

Gently, easily.

Don't control your breath.

Don't make an effort to control anything .

Simply a gentle awareness of ease and relaxation taking place, observing your breath a little, but not too much.

We don't want to observe everything as a distant bystand, bystander.

We want you to be in your body. Feet on the floor, grounded exactly where you are, as who you are.

That's who you are .

You're getting more and more calm, gently, easily, instructing your body , telling your body to relax a bit it can with love and care, compassion, and understanding.

We can tell our brain what to do with our brain.

We can use one part of our brain to tell the other part what to do.

And what we're doing is we're getting granted, we're getting relaxed, we're getting calm.

We're appreciating who we are in our bodies, here and now.

Never anywhere else, everything we do and everything you hear from me, the books I write , the podcast episodes.

We're getting more and more present in the here and now as who we are, nowhere else but here and now, who we are, the sound of my voice .

I had someone in one of my classes years ago, and they just did not want their feet flat on the ground, and sat with their legs crossed, which you can also do if that's how you want it, if that's important to you.

By all means, much better to sit down and do a relaxation exercise for calm and deep personal strength, much better to do that with our legs crossed , sitting on the floor, rather than not doing it at all.

Much better to do it that way.

But if you can, you're sitting down in a relaxed manner with your feet flat on the ground, eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc.

A beautiful, luscious ruby red arc of compassion, kindness, and good, compassion, kind, kindness and good, Ruby red, compassion in our heart, compassion in our body from head to toe , In every cell, in every bone, compassion, Ruby red.

Beautiful as who we are.

We're getting more and more relaxed with every nanosecond that occurs in the here and now relaxed at ease and calm.

The pureness of your soul, yourself, the higher power you is here right now in the flesh , as your body, and nowhere else, really, but right here.

Where else could we be?

Right here and now. And everywhere compassion, love, and goodness.

First in ourselves, in our heart, in our feet , on the floor, compassion, goodness, purity of love, Rubyy red, arc from our nose to our heart, Feet to ground , compassion and love.

Every breath, knowing how to breathe, eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc.

Feet to ground, eyes to nose, nose to heart.

Feet to ground. At ease, and calm, at ease, and calm, a perfect peace within you. A perfect peace in every cell and every bone, every muscle, a perfect peace, in utter calm that is you alive , sitting where you are right now, a beauty beyond belief that is everywhere we can think of or go. Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground, the perfect beautiful ywe always here at perfect peace in love, as who you are, eyes to nose , nose to heart, feet to ground. Relaxed, calm, beautiful, in love, a love that's everywhere.

In love we live.

In love we breathe.

In love we think and act.

And please ple for more love in our life, all of who you are is love, a perfect love , divine, unlimited, and good.

Everywhere we look is happy, blissful, calm etc. Peace , and love, compassion for the world and every one.

Happy, laughing whenever you want.
