Hello, this is John Harrigan with the Secret to Immortality podcast, where we suggesting three important things.
One, we're born to live forever, happy joy and free .
Two, death is something we create by how we think, speak, and act act.
Three, physical immortality is the natural outcome of a well-lived life.
Today, I'm going to take you through a guided meditation for greater calm, internal strength, and a timeless you.
Our intent is to actualize our eternal soul in body and mind.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes, relax and breathe easily.
Just observing your breath.
You're sitting in a chair, perhaps, feet flat on the floor floor.
That's important, not crossed, eyes closed, and just observe your breathing.
In and out. Don't try to try to control your breath or the way you speak.
Just observe it.
Your body already knows how to breathe.
Your body already knows the perfect breath.
Relaxed, easy breathing.
Allow and gently instruct your body to relax. Gently instruct your hands to relax, your arms, your elbows, your shoulders to relax, your neck, your facial muscles, your thighs, your feet, your cows, every muscle in your body.
You're behind your buttocks, your abdomen, every muscle relax, just naturally.
Don't try to will it too hard, just gentle, everything very gentle, easy instructions.
We're relaxing and we're finding a place of greater peace, of joy, stability, and strength within us.
That's already there as who we are, you may not feel it, for sure, at times, throughout the day and throughout your life.
So continue to relax, observing your breath.
As you observe your breath, it will naturally slow down with your eyes closed, as you observe your breath breath, your breathing will naturally get protracted and deeper.
Don't try to control it.
Very easy, very relaxed in and out with eyes closed.
Now pretend that you can see through your closed eyelids to the tip of your nose.
Don't force, don't force anything.
But just imagine you can see from your eyelids to the tip of your nose and from the tip of your nose, gently, easily, easily visualize a ruby red red arc going out three to four inches and curving around to your heart.
Eyes closed.
But from the tip of your nose, you see a ruby red arc going out three to four inches and curving back into your heart.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, in a ruby red arc.
Gently breathing, eyes to nose, nose to heart, in a ruby red arc.
Gently breathing. In and out, relaxed and calm, feet flat on the floor, eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
Imagine your feet are rooted into the earth, rooted like the roots of a strong tree, and don't visualize it too hard.
Just gently feel that your feet are flat and rooted into the earth about 10 feet.
Ey to nose, nose to heart, and a ruby red arc.
Feet to earth, relaxed, calm, the strong immortal you, your soul alive.
Today, in your body, eyes to nose, nose to heart in a ruby red arc, feet to ground.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, and a ruby red arc.
Feet to grand.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to grand relaxed and easy breathing, relaxed and easy breathing in and out, in and out.
What we're doing is a Chigang warm up.
I often use it as a meditation.
I've been doing Chigong for decades, studying with a Chigong Grandmaster from Beijing, China.
I've been learning and focused primarily on what I call Chigong for Health, Health Chigong.
It's sometimes called medical Chigong.
That's what it is in China.
But for what I'm doing, it's Chigong for lasting life, a health chigong that helps us actualize our physical immortality in body.
In mind, I eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
You're breathing easily, calm, relaxed, and deep.
If there are noises, it's quite all right.
You'll hear noises in my videos now and then.
I'm on the fifth floor facing a main street in a sizable downtown area.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
There's a pleasure inside you, your soul.
If you can feel it it, if not, follow along, as I describe it, a beautiful, perfect soul that is you, always there, timeless, at ease. Of love, of compassion, of grace, a love that is within you as you, if you're religious, this is perhaps a God, God that is within you, as you.
It's raised in a very nicepopal church every Sunday.
We studied mostly unity literature from the Unity Church. Where God is everywhere in everything, in our soul, in our life, in our bodies, in our minds, if we look for it, if we allow it, we're living in a very difficult world of hardship, suffering, and loss, but we can breathe our way through it.
We can use every hardship to get more focused, more grounded, and more in depth with our eternal self of love, compassion and strength, love, compassion and strength in our body, our bones in the depths of our soul that is on the surface, in our life, in our minds, in our body.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, and a ruby red art, feet to ground, Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
Eyes to nose, feet.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart.
And a ruby red heart.
Feet to ground.
And you may get mixed up yourself.
That's perfectly all right.
Your thoughts will get distracted.
If they don't, they should.
It's human.
It's normal..
We're designed to be what we would call distracted, but it's actually being alert for threats, keeping ourselves safe, your mind will wander, it's designed to do that.
Quite all right.
Let it wander.
You may have resentment or an emotional upset about something.
That's quite all right.
Let it bubble up, let it be there.
Give it a little attention, a little space, and let it go.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart.
Feet to ground.
Eyes to nose, Feet eyes to nose.
Nose to heart.
Feet to ground.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, Feet to ground.
In depth, relaxed and calm, the perfect pure and beautiful you arising as who you are right now in body and mine.
Relax and be easy.
Now we're going to bring the meditation to a close, keep your eyes closed, but in the next few minutes, allow yourself to awaken.
Do a meditation if it's comfortable and feels right to you?
We suggest two times a day, no more.
E time 10 to 20 minutes at least 10, no more than 20.
Eyes to nose, nose to heart, feet to ground.
You're coming out of the meditation.
You can open your eyes, look around, see how you feel.
Maybe a little more relaxed, a little happier, but if not, that's okay.
Everything you do, everything we do has an effect.
And over time, that effect is greater and greater.
The effect we're looking for is taking control a little bit of how we're manifesting ourselves in the world, manifesting ourselves with love, compassion, and lasting life, living out the immortality of our soul, of our deep inner being into the flesh, our brain and mind, not so nervous, not so anxious, not so judgmental, not so injured, but strong, relaxed, and at peace.
That's the meditation for today.
